UNPARSED_ROWS

Instructs DecaSIM on how to handle rows in the config file that cannot be parsed correctly. Setting this to true will allow for all unparsed rows (i.e. rows with errors) to be processed. Setting this to false will stop the process if DecaSIM finds a config that is incorrectly formatted.
