FEATURE_LABEL_CONTENT_LOGGING

Instructs DecaSIM to output optional logs when running the FEATURE_LABEL_CONTENT process. As with other _LOGGING configurations, setting this config value to OPT## will stop optional logs being produced. Any other value will result in all logs for this module to be produced.
