CUSTOMER_DEFINED_PAGE_START

If this config is present along with CUSTOMER_DEFINED_PAGE_END then this instructs DecaSIM to create actual page numbers. This is used when the CUSTOMER_DEFINED_CLUSTER_FIELD_NAME refers to a spread of two pages. This feature will treat the first CUSTOMER_DEFINED_CLUSTER_FIELD_NAME as a single page. The remaining will be treated as two pages.
