Ad Optimization Process​

Custom Export Process​

Creating a custom export file is sometimes necessary to align with your internal systems data requirements. A step-by-step guide to creating a custom export can be found here

File Wizard Process​

The File Wizard saves time and cognitive load when uploaded files to DecaSIM. Being able to perform multiple updates in a single upload is a time save. Details are about the File Wizard Process can be found here

Import Promo Files​

  • Step 1 Configure Promofile Settings From the dashboard click on the Customer Settings (admin's only) then click on Promotion File Mapping. Add in the required headings as shown on the form and then click save.

  • Step 2 Upload File Click on the File Wizard icon on the dashboard to upload the promofile. Then either click&pick or drag&drop the file on to the drop zone and then click Header Analyzer. The upload process will begin and you will be alerted of any errors.

  • Step 3 View File in Promo Files Return to the dashboard view and click on the Promotion Files icon. This will display the all the latest Promo Files that have been uploaded. From here users can view, edit and download this file. In addition there are functions and transformations that can be applied to a promotion file. See Promo File section for more information.

Design File Import Process

  • Step 1 Configuration All the configurations for Design File importing and processing is done in the 'Customer Settings/Excel Import Settingssection. SinceDesign Filescan have a complex structure we have built a sophisticated parser that can instruction data from features in Excel file. SeeExcel Imports` for more information.

  • Step 2 Upload File Click on the File Wizard icon on the dashboard to upload the PROMO FILE. Then either click&pick or drag&drop the file on to the drop zone and then click Header Analyzer. The upload process will begin and you will be alerted of any errors.

  • Step 3 View File in Design Files Return to the dashboard view and click on the Design Files icon. This will display the all the latest Design Files that have been uploaded. From here users can view, edit and download this file. In addition there are functions and transformations that can be applied to a design file. See Design File section for more information.
